Terms of Service
Effective 12 September 2026
These terms govern authorized access to and use of GaragePro. They are intended to describe the operating rules for the service and should be read with the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and authorized use
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through accounts you control. Organization administrators are responsible for granting appropriate access to staff and removing access when it is no longer required.
Acceptable use
You may not use GaragePro to break the law, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, upload malicious material, misuse another organization's data, misrepresent transactions, or attempt to defeat security, tenant-isolation, rate-limit, or audit controls.
Subscriptions and billing
Features, limits, subscription periods, and billing terms may depend on the plan selected by an organization. Any applicable charges, taxes, renewal terms, payment-provider conditions, or cancellation rules should be shown in the relevant commercial flow or agreement before they apply.
Supplier and marketplace activity
Supplier and marketplace features help garages and suppliers exchange requests, bids, orders, and related records. Each participant remains responsible for the accuracy of its listings, quotations, tax information, delivery commitments, product claims, and other commercial representations. GaragePro does not convert a bid or listing into a guarantee of product quality or fulfillment.
Data, integrations, and records
You must have authority to provide data submitted to GaragePro. External integrations may be subject to additional provider terms and availability. Operational, financial, inspection, audit, and integration records may be retained where needed for service integrity, reconciliation, compliance, disputes, or other legitimate requirements.
Availability and changes
We work to keep GaragePro reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, network or provider outages, configuration errors, and other events outside the application's control. Features may evolve over time, and material changes to these terms should be reflected by a new version.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for material breach, unlawful or harmful use, security risk, non-payment where applicable, or when required by law. Where practical and appropriate, affected organizations should receive information about the reason and any available next steps.
Questions
For questions about these terms or your account, use the GaragePro support page. Formal contractual or jurisdiction-specific requirements may also be governed by a separately signed agreement and applicable Kenyan law.
