GaragePro

Privacy Policy

Effective 12 September 2026

This policy explains how GaragePro handles personal data when workshops, suppliers, staff, customers, and other authorized users use the platform.

Personal data we handle

Depending on the workflow, GaragePro may process account and contact details, workshop or supplier organization details, customer and vehicle information, service and inspection records, invoices and payment references, support correspondence, and security or audit metadata needed to operate and protect the service.

Why we use data

We use data to provide requested platform features, keep tenant records separated, support service and procurement workflows, communicate operational updates, prevent misuse, maintain auditability, troubleshoot incidents, and meet applicable contractual or legal obligations.

Service providers and integrations

GaragePro may use infrastructure, authentication, email, payment, storage, tax, or accounting providers where a feature requires them. Access should be limited to what is necessary for the relevant service. A garage or supplier may also configure integrations that process data under its own relationship with the provider.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the type of record, operational need, contractual obligations, dispute or audit requirements, and applicable law. We use access controls and other safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law and the role of the organization controlling the relevant record, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about how your personal data is used. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, or audit reasons.

Questions and support

For privacy questions or requests, contact GaragePro through the support page. Do not send passwords, API keys, full payment-card details, or other secrets in a support message.
